TRON Bridge: how to bridge to and from TRON

TRON has its own design that most general bridges do not support out of the box. A small set of integrations, issuer-run stablecoins and exchanges carry most of the traffic.

Quick answer

Services supporting TRON: 14. Most used in our guides: deBridge, USDT0, Rango Exchange, ChangeNOW. Direct transfers possible to: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Hyperliquid.

Popular services

  • deBridge

deBridge lets you swap tokens between Ethereum-style networks, Solana and other chains such as TRON in one step. You place an order saying what you give and what you want back. A taker (a solver who fills orders) pays you on the destination network from its own funds.

  • USDT0

USDT0 is the way Tether’s USDT moves between networks. It is built on LayerZero’s OFT standard and backed 1:1 by USDT locked on Ethereum. A separate service, the Legacy Mesh, connects older USDT on TRON and TON.

  • Rango Exchange

Rango is an aggregator that compares bridges and exchanges across more than 70 networks. It is one of the better options for networks outside the Ethereum world, including Bitcoin-style (UTXO) networks.

  • ChangeNOW

ChangeNOW is an instant exchange service that swaps between more than a thousand coins across many networks, with no account needed. It covers coins that bridges cannot reach, such as Monero, Kaspa and Zcash. While the swap runs, the company holds your coins.

Alternative ways to move funds

Through a centralised exchange

Deposit on TRON, trade if needed, and withdraw on the destination network. Simple and often cheap, but the exchange holds your funds in between and needs identity verification.

Move stablecoins instead

Converting to USDC or USDT and moving it through the issuer’s own transfer protocol often has the widest coverage and the least slippage. Swap back on the destination if you need another asset.

Two steps through a well-connected chain

If no single route exists, first move to a chain with many connections (Ethereum, Solana or a major rollup), then on to the destination. It costs two fees, but each step uses a well-tested route.

How transfers work on TRON

  • Check the route guides below first: they list the integrations that work today.
  • Stablecoins issued natively on TRON can often be moved through issuer or exchange rails.
  • Centralised exchanges are a reliable fallback for the native coin.

What to watch out for

  • Memos, destination tags or activation deposits are common. Read the deposit instructions carefully.
  • Fewer routes means wider spreads. Compare at least two options before sending larger amounts.

Frequently asked questions

How can I bridge from TRON?

14 of the projects we review support TRON, including Across, Chainflip, THORChain. We have 9 route guides that involve TRON.

Which major chains can I reach from TRON directly?

Directly: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Hyperliquid. Other destinations need two steps or an exchange.

What if there is no bridge for my TRON route?

Use a centralised exchange, take two steps through a well-connected chain such as Ethereum or Solana, or move a stablecoin instead and swap on arrival.
