TRON to Solana Bridge

Most people going from TRON to Solana are moving USDT. Since October 2025 the USDT0 Legacy Mesh links native USDT on TRON with native USDT on Solana for a 0.03% fee. Allbridge Core, intent swaps and exchanges also work. TRX is swapped for SOL, not bridged. You need TRX on TRON and SOL on Solana.

Short answer

A TRON to Solana is mostly about USDT. Tether issues USDT natively on both networks, so the goal is to turn USDT TRC20 into the real USDT on Solana, not a wrapped copy. Since October 2025 the USDT0 Legacy Mesh connects the two. You send native USDT on TRON, it is routed through the USDT0 hub on Arbitrum, and native USDT arrives on Solana. The fee is 0.03% plus network and messaging costs.

Other routes do the same job. Allbridge Core supports TRON and Solana and, since July 2026, sends through the issuer's own transfer standard instead of its own pools, so check this route in its app. services like deBridge and NEAR Intents take USDT or TRX on TRON and pay SOL, USDT or USDC on Solana. An exchange works too: deposit on TRC20 and withdraw on the Solana network.

TRX to SOL is a swap. TRX has no widely used version on Solana, so you sell TRX and receive SOL. Plan for fees on both sides: TRX on TRON for energy, and a little SOL on Solana, because without SOL you cannot move the USDT that arrives.

Why this route is difficult

TRON and Solana are separate networks, and neither uses Ethereum-style 0x addresses. TRON addresses start with T and fees are paid in energy and bandwidth. Solana uses its own address format and fees paid in SOL. A token on one cannot simply be sent to the other.

USDT makes this easier than for most coins. Tether issues native USDT on both TRON and Solana. Since October 2025 the USDT0 Legacy Mesh connects them: your USDT moves from TRON to the USDT0 hub on Arbitrum and on to Solana in one action, and you get real USDT at the end, not a .

TRX has no such setup. There is no widely used TRX token on Solana, so moving TRX value means selling it. Intent swaps and exchanges handle this well, because TRX is a large coin with plenty of trading.

The real risks are practical: wrong address format, no TRX for energy, no SOL on arrival, and fake sites. TRON is heavily used for payments, which makes it a common target for scams.

Possible approaches

1Issuer-backed transfer (USDT0 Legacy Mesh)

Native USDT on TRON is routed through the USDT0 hub on Arbitrum, and native USDT is paid out on Solana.

Trade-offReal USDT on both sides with a small fee. You rely on the USDT0 contracts, LayerZero messaging and Tether's setup.

2Stablecoin bridge on official standards

Allbridge Core prepares the transfer and sends USDT through the issuer's own cross-chain standard, with an optional SOL top-up on arrival.

Trade-offOne interface with clear fees and help with . You rely on Allbridge's contracts as well as the standard it uses.

3Intent-based swap

A takes your TRX or USDT on TRON and pays SOL or a stablecoin on Solana, then settles afterwards.

Trade-offFast and handles TRX to SOL in one step. The fee is inside the quote, so compare a few.

4Centralized exchange

Deposit on TRON, trade if needed, and withdraw on Solana.

Trade-offFamiliar and good for large amounts. The exchange holds your funds and may ask for identity checks.

How to move TRON to Solana

These steps show how to move USDT from TRON to Solana with the USDT0 transfer page. It keeps native USDT on both sides and has a small percentage fee. For TRX to SOL, use an intent swap service instead.

  1. 1

    Get your Solana address

Copy your address from a Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. It is a long string of letters and numbers that does not start with 0x or T. Make sure you can get a little SOL into this wallet, because you need it to move USDT on Solana.

  2. 2

Check your TRON wallet has TRX

Open TronLink or OKX Wallet. Sending USDT on TRON uses energy, which you pay for by burning TRX unless you have staked or rented energy. A USDT transfer typically burns about 6.5 to 13 TRX, and a bridge call can use more, so keep at least 20 to 30 TRX.

  3. 3

    Open the transfer page

Go to usdt0.to/transfer and connect your TRON wallet. Pick TRON as the source and Solana as the destination. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Fake bridge sites copy popular names and show up in search ads.

  4. 4

Enter the amount and check the quote

Enter the USDT amount and paste your Solana address. The quote shows the 0.03% fee and the messaging fee. Check what you will receive before you sign.

  5. 5

    Approve and send

Your wallet may ask for two signatures: one to let the contract use your USDT, and one for the transfer. Check that the token is the official TRON USDT, contract TR7NHqjeKQxGTCi8q8ZY4pL8otSzgjLj6t.

  6. 6

    Check it arrived

The transfer goes through the Arbitrum hub, so give it a few minutes. Look up your address on Solscan. Tether's USDT on Solana uses the mint address Es9vMFrzaCERmJfrF4H2FYD4KCoNkY11McCe8BenwNYB.

Fees and timing

On TRON you pay in energy and bandwidth, not a simple fee. If you have no staked energy, a USDT transfer burns roughly 6.5 TRX, or about 13 TRX when the receiving address or contract has never held USDT. Bridge contract calls can use more energy than a plain transfer, so let the wallet show the estimate.

The USDT0 Legacy Mesh takes 0.03% of the amount, paid in USDT, plus a LayerZero messaging fee shown before you confirm. Allbridge Core shows the full fee breakdown up front and lets you pay its fee in the gas token or in the stablecoin. Intent services build their fee into the quote, often more on TRX swaps than on stablecoins. Exchanges charge a trading fee if you convert, plus a withdrawal fee.

On Solana you need SOL to move or swap what you receive. Solana fees are usually a fraction of a cent, so a small amount of SOL lasts a long time. Timing is short: TRON confirms in seconds, and most bridge routes finish in a few minutes. Exchanges can take longer if they check withdrawals by hand.

Common mistakes

  • Sending USDT from a TRON wallet with no TRX. The transfer fails or cannot start, because TRON needs TRX for energy.
  • Pasting a TRON address or a 0x address into the Solana address field. Solana addresses look different, and a good bridge will refuse the wrong format.
  • Arriving on Solana with USDT and no SOL. You cannot move or swap it until you add SOL for fees.
  • Withdrawing from an exchange on TRC20 when you wanted Solana, or the other way round. Check the network name on the withdrawal screen.
  • Using a bridge site found through ads or direct messages. Scam sites and fake support accounts target TRON users heavily.
  • Buying a token called TRX on Solana and expecting it to track the real TRX price. Check the mint address before you buy any token that copies a big name.

Before you transfer

  • Keep TRX in your TRON wallet for energy, even if you only hold USDT.
  • Get a little SOL on arrival, or pick a route that delivers SOL or tops up gas.
  • Check the address format before you send. Solana addresses do not start with 0x or T.
  • For large USDT amounts, compare the 0.03% USDT0 fee with an exchange's flat withdrawal fee.
  • If you need USDC on Solana, send USDT and swap. Circle no longer supports USDC on TRON.
  • Use bookmarks for bridge sites and ignore support accounts that message you first.

Frequently asked questions

Use the USDT0 Legacy Mesh at usdt0.to, Allbridge Core or an intent swap like deBridge or NEAR Intents. Or deposit USDT on TRC20 at an exchange and withdraw it on the Solana network.

With the USDT0 Legacy Mesh, yes. It pays out native USDT on Solana. With other services, check the token in the quote. Tether's USDT on Solana has the mint address Es9vMFrzaCERmJfrF4H2FYD4KCoNkY11McCe8BenwNYB.

0.03% of the amount, plus a LayerZero messaging fee and the TRX burned for energy on TRON. The quote shows the total before you sign.

Use an intent swap like deBridge or NEAR Intents, or an exchange. You send TRX on TRON and receive SOL on Solana. You end up holding SOL, not TRX.

Every transaction on Solana is paid in SOL. Without it you cannot move or swap your USDT. Allbridge Core offers an optional , and intent swaps can pay you SOL directly.

Yes, but not by bridging USDC. Circle stopped minting USDC on TRON in February 2024 and ended support there. Send USDT and choose USDC as what you receive on an intent swap, or swap on Solana after it arrives.

Bridges and intent swaps usually take from a few seconds to a few minutes. The USDT0 route goes through Arbitrum, so allow a few minutes. Exchanges often take 10 to 60 minutes.
