Liquidity bridge
Meson Finance
Meson swaps stablecoins like USDC and USDT between 60+ networks, including Solana and TRON. It uses hash time-locked contracts, so a swap either completes on both sides or not at all.
Official websiteHow it works
- 1You lock your stablecoins in Meson’s contract on the starting network and sign the swap.
- 2A liquidity provider locks the matching amount for you on the destination network.
- 3You release the funds with a secret, which also lets the provider claim your deposit. If the swap is not finished in time, both locks expire and the funds go back.
Trust model
The time-locked contracts mean nobody can take your funds without completing the swap. You still trust Meson’s contracts and depend on liquidity providers being available. Meson’s code was audited by SSLabs at Georgia Tech and reviewed by Trail of Bits.
Strengths
- Built for stablecoins, so the amount you receive is close to what you sent.
- Reaches networks many bridges skip, such as TRON and Aptos, as well as Solana.
- No wrapped tokens and no cross-chain messaging layer to rely on during the swap.
Limitations
- Mainly stablecoins, with BTC on a few networks. Not for swapping into other tokens.
- Large amounts depend on how much liquidity providers have on the destination network.
