TRON to Arbitrum bridge
Most people moving from TRON to Arbitrum are moving USDT. The USDT0 Legacy Mesh turns TRC-20 USDT into USDT0 on Arbitrum for a 0.03% fee, and Arbitrum is the hub of that network. Rhino.fi, deBridge and instant exchanges are other options. TRX itself has to be swapped, since there is no TRX in common use on Arbitrum.

Short answer
TRON and Arbitrum use different address formats: TRON addresses start with T, Arbitrum uses the 0x format of Ethereum wallets. You need a TRON wallet such as TronLink to send and an EVM wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby to receive.
USDT on Arbitrum is USDT0, Tether's cross-chain version of USDT. TRC-20 USDT reaches it through the USDT0 Legacy Mesh, which uses a USDT0 pool on Arbitrum as its hub. That makes this one of the most direct stablecoin routes from TRON.
| Direct USDT route | USDT0 Legacy Mesh |
|---|---|
| USDT0 fee | 0.03% plus network fees |
| USDT on Arbitrum | USDT0 |
| Gas | TRX on TRON, ETH on Arbitrum |
| Addresses | T... on TRON, 0x... on Arbitrum |
| TRX to Arbitrum | Swap only |
Why this route is difficult
TRON is not an EVM network, so the usual Ethereum layer 2 bridges do not support it. Only bridges and services that run on TRON can start this transfer.
You pay gas on both sides: TRX (or energy) on TRON and ETH on Arbitrum. Arriving on Arbitrum with no ETH means you cannot move your USDT0 afterwards.
Possible approaches
1Issuer network
The USDT0 Legacy Mesh locks TRC-20 USDT on TRON and pays USDT0 from its pool on Arbitrum.
Trade-offLow fixed fee and no wrapped token, but works only for USDT.
Options compared
| Option | You get | Typical time | Cost | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT0 Legacy Mesh | USDT0 on Arbitrum | A few minutes | 0.03% plus TRON and Arbitrum gas | Moving USDT, especially larger amounts |

| Exchange withdrawal | Tokens listed on Arbitrum One | Depends on the exchange | Exchange withdrawal fee | Funds already on an exchange |
Working solutions
| Solution | You receive | Custody / verification | Notes |

| Rhino.fi | USDT or USDC | Rhino.fi pays from its own liquidity | Stablecoin bridge that supports TRON and Arbitrum. Fee shown before you send. |
| deBridge | ETH, USDC, USDT0 | Solvers | Intent-based. Can swap TRX or USDT into ETH or USDC on arrival. |
| LI.FI | Depends on the route | Same as the bridge used | Compares several TRON routes in one place. |
| ChangeNOW | USDT, ETH and other tokens | Service holds funds during the swap | No wallet connection. Send to a deposit address, get coins on Arbitrum. |
| Centralized exchanges | Tokens the exchange lists on Arbitrum One | Exchange holds funds | Deposit USDT on TRC20 and withdraw on Arbitrum One. |
How to move TRON to Arbitrum
Move USDT from TRON to Arbitrum with USDT0
- 1
Prepare both wallets
Open your TRON wallet with the USDT and some TRX for energy. Copy your 0x address from an EVM wallet for Arbitrum.
- 2
Open a USDT0 interface
Use the USDT0 app or a bridge that supports the Legacy Mesh. Choose TRON as the source and Arbitrum as the destination.
- 3
Approve and send
Enter the amount, check the 0.03% fee and the amount you receive, then confirm in your TRON wallet.
- 4
Check USDT0 on Arbitrum

Fees and timing

The USDT0 Legacy Mesh charges 0.03% of the amount plus a messaging fee shown in the app.
On Arbitrum, any later transaction needs a small amount of ETH for gas.
Common mistakes
- Pasting a TRON T address as the destination. Arbitrum needs a 0x address.
- Choosing the wrong network on an exchange withdrawal, such as Ethereum instead of Arbitrum One.
- Arriving on Arbitrum with no ETH, so the USDT0 cannot be moved.
Before you transfer
- Send a small test amount first, especially from an exchange.
- Check that the token you receive is USDT0 if you plan to use it in Arbitrum apps.
- Fees on TRON depend on your energy; staking or renting energy makes repeat transfers cheaper.
