The official bridge between Ethereum and Mantle. Since Mantle moved from fraud proofs to ZK validity proofs in September 2025, withdrawals take hours instead of the former seven days.

How it works

1You connect a wallet in the Mantle app, choose the token and the direction, and confirm.
2Deposits from Ethereum are credited on Mantle within minutes.
3Withdrawals wait until a validity proof covering them is verified on Ethereum, after which you finalise the withdrawal on Ethereum.

Trust model

Withdrawals are finalised only after Ethereum verifies a ZK proof of Mantle's state. Mantle keeps transaction data on EigenDA rather than on Ethereum, so you also rely on that data layer and on the team that can upgrade the contracts.

Strengths

Official route with no fee beyond gas.
Withdrawals take hours, not a week.
The natural way to move MNT between Ethereum and Mantle.

Limitations

Withdrawal time is still hours and the final step costs Ethereum gas.
Data is stored outside Ethereum, which is a weaker guarantee than a full rollup.
Connects only Ethereum and Mantle.
